Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp extra virgin oil
1 large onion
1 clove garlic
1 small cabbage (chopped)
2 cans (14.5oz) low sodium dice tomatoes
1 can (8oz) tomatoe sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Preparation:
In a pan heat oil.
Add beef and onion.
Add garlic, chopped cabag, tomato sauce, pepper, salt. Bring to boil cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
